What makes our coffee so good?
It's a question that has driven our supplier, Sam Gabrielian, all over the world and back again. He has been inspired by Italian Nonnos, sipped lattes in Parisian cafes and traipsed through plantations in Guatemala and Peru. He has made over a million cups of coffee, and experimented with more blends than he can possibly remember. He has also received countless accolades – including most recently, Sydney Coffee Guide's Barista of the Year.
In 2006, Sam founded Digabriel Coffee – the sum of his life’s dedication to making the perfect coffee. And while many argue that with these superb blends, Sam has, indeed, found the perfection he seeks, his quest remains. He vows never to stop experimenting, tasting, trying new blends and using the latest technology and it for these reasons we supply Digabriel Coffee in our restaurant.
